The hotel grounds, lobby and gardens are amazingly beautiful! The room is modern and huge, way better than it seems on the hotel photos. Everything seems to work as perfect as it can be, the AC, the fridge, the curtains allowing total darkness at night, and every other little thing that we assume a 5* hotel would get it right but often not! The staff is amazing and very professional, they manage my transportation on point during the middle of the night, and check out perfectly smooth. The pool views are great and the food served there was great! The location is good, near Lumpini park, a new developed area. There are some metro sation nearby and the free shuttle they provide to them is great! Breakfast was probably the best I have ever seen, lots of variety, great quality and very smooth service, and nice rather quiet ambient. Overall this stay really exceed the expectations! Can't wait to be back! Thanks.

Most of the things perfect: 1. supa super cleanliness 2. spacious room 3. beautiful decoration 4. various complementary drink and snack bars 5. hotel get the taxi cheaper than you call by yourselve 6. checkin and checkout super fast 7. comfy bed and pillow 8. super nice view from bath tub 9. western style breakfast super good 10. a good place for biz/ friend cafe meeting 11. concierge service super fast and flexible

Beautiful elegant hotel. Check-in was seamless. 1 bedroom apartment is big, quiet, great views and overall very comfortable with all services thought through. Breakfast services was delicious, quick turnaround in room service time at any hour of the day, lovely attentive staff. Pool is well maintained, the delicatessen is refined, Flourish restaurant is great. Its a calm soothing experience in the middle of an always bustling city (with easy shuttle service provided by the hotel!). Will definitely return.

Simply fantastic ! Beautiful, large bedrooms, super friendly staff, great food, gorgeous swimming pool, surreal atmosphere with all those pets walking the hallway… really an unique experience ! we will come back, for sure !

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel is modern, spacious, lovely green garden, breakfast outstanding. Quiet, effective airconditioning. We had room service three nights, and the food was top notch. Staff was so attentive and polite, really extraordinary service. Not in the city center, but really easy and cheap to get a taxi (app: Grab, Thailand’s Uber). The hotel arranged airport pick up service in a decent BMW 7-series. Very careful driver. Giant gym, well equipped, fantastic outdoor pool on the 9th floor. Sunbeds are all placed in the shadow, which is very clever because of the unbearable heat.

This Hotel is one of the best ever hotels I stayed, every team was perfect and professional. My appreciation to the reception team, concierge team, staff who welcome and help you in front of the hotel, the housekeeping services was excellent & great. The magnificent breakfast and the staff who serve you in the restaurant every morning . For sure , every time I come to Bangkok I shall chose Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel. Staff - Super friendly and speak English really well. You can ask the staff for help as long as you need it. they are super helpful Room - Spacious and look the same just like in the picture. You can also select the pillow and request additional services by just using a tablet in room. The housekeeping is very detailed. Hospitality - One of the staff members wrote a birthday card for me and also gave me a birthday cake when she knew it was my birthday. im so touched. they even have shuttle bus to send you to mrt station. Gym - Gym facilities are super clean and well equipped. You should check out their wellness center. Dining - you should try the lamb rack in medium rare, its so good.

10/10 Superb. The location of hotel is very nice and clean place , you can even walk near the hotel with nice view , away from loudly areas It is a real 5 stat hotel , they care about all details 1- location 2- rooms , i rented 120 m2 enough for small family , clean , new furnitures , nice decoration , washing machine , all toiletries with high qualities Room service 10/110
